Speed up Drive synchronization first

Hello,
I installed drive on an RS816 NAS. I wanted to avoid the first synchronization because the folder is many gb.
So I copied the folder both on the NAS and the PC, but even if the folders are identical the first time that active Drive on the PC part synchronization, which is very long. Possible that there is not a way to speed up the first step?
