Today we re getting another look at the New Balance 1300 Blue Navy, which is landing at dealers now. Crafted at the New Balance factory in New England, the sneaker is composed of mesh and leather, all the while trading between navy blue and a grey-tinted blue hue. The owners of Burn Rubber kicked off the 2013 baseball season on Friday with an Opening Day viewing party at the Emagine Theatre in Royal Oak followed by a mixer at Burn Rubber. Those in attendance got a sneak preview of the newest release from Burn Rubber, The Miggy . The home opener for the Detroit Tigers is an unofficial holiday in metro Detroit and fans were new balance womens shoes able to celebrate a victory over the Yankeesalong with the release of the sneaker.The Miggy is a custom New Balance designed to commemorate Miguel Cabrera winning the Triple Crown and American League MVP in 2012. There will only be 44 pair on sale to reflect the 44 homeruns hit by Cabrera. The grey shoe with navy and orange accents reflect the Tigers away uniform. The custom US574 also features the image of three crowns on the front of the tongue and the Triple Crown stats on theinside of the tongue and right insole. Cabrera had the most homeruns, runs batted in and highest batting average in MLB last season.
